What is P.F. Changs?
P. F. Chang’s is an American casual dining restaurant chain specializing in Asian cuisine. The company is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona and it operates 204 restaurants in the United States and 56 other countries including Canada, Mexico, and Argentina. It is one of the largest Chinese restaurant chains in the United States. The chain was founded in 1993 by Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang. The name derives from the founders names.
