Chipotle is continuing their popular “Free Burrito” promotion in an attempt to get back its customers after the public relations disasters of early 2016.
To start off the campaign, Chipotle is sending out more than 21 million direct-mail coupons for free burritos and other food items in the coming weeks. The coupons expires on May 15th.
In their most recent free-burrito special, almost 5 million people downloaded a mobile coupon with about half of them redeeming the offer.
Chipotle will also send out mobile promotions for free burritos, and during the summer, the company will shift to buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offers.
Chipotle’s same-store sales fell 26.1% in February 2016, over last year, and the promotion is aimed at turning around this revenue fall.

Starbucks recently introduced a green cup with a “mosaic of a hundred people drawn in one continuous stroke” featuring on the cup. Unfortunately, many people thought that the green cup had replaced the traditional Red Holiday Cup, and some believed it to be a politically correct ‘war’ on Christmas.
Not so. The Red Holiday Cup is back and the BOGO offer has been rolled out to emphasize that.

On Wednesday the 14th of September, Burger King unleashes their new follow-up to their successful Mac n’ Cheetos item (which basically was deep-fried macaroni and cheese, covered in crumbled Cheetos).
The new fries will be called “Cheetos Chicken Fries”. The fries are made from white meat chicken, but will be covered in a flavored “dust”, that includes mashed up Cheetos. Delicious or nauseating, depending on your taste.
One order of Cheetos Chicken Fries will have around 280 calories and will cost you $2.89 for a nine-piece order.
This adds further to the revamped Burger King menu, after Burger King recently unveiled their new “Whopperito,” The Whopperito is a burger-burrito fusion that include ground beef, tomatoes, onions and pickles in a flour tortilla.
New menu items is not the only way, that Burger King is trying to boost their sales this autumn.
They also have a great promotion that hands you a coupon for a free Whopper, when you buy another Whopper. You must download the Burger King mobile app to get the coupon, though.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants will open at 12 PM. The Tthanksgiving three-course turkey dinner includes soup or salad, turkey breast with gravy, stuffing and cranberry, one side and pumpkin cheesecake. The adult menu is from $39.95 to $41.95 and kids can eat for $12.95.

Shoney’s has an amazing value Thanksgiving buffet with turkey, ham, fried chicken for just $11.99 and $5.99 for kids 5 -10. Kids 4 and under will get a free buffet with an adult meal purchase. Customers will also receivee a free slice of pumpkin pie.

Starbucks recently introduced a green cup with a “mosaic of a hundred people drawn in one continuous stroke” featuring on the cup. Unfortunately, many people thought that the green cup had replaced the traditional Red Holiday Cup, and some believed it to be a politically correct ‘war’ on Christmas.
Not so. The Red Holiday Cup is back and the BOGO offer has been rolled out to emphasize that.

On Wednesday the 14th of September, Burger King unleashes their new follow-up to their successful Mac n’ Cheetos item (which basically was deep-fried macaroni and cheese, covered in crumbled Cheetos).
The new fries will be called “Cheetos Chicken Fries”. The fries are made from white meat chicken, but will be covered in a flavored “dust”, that includes mashed up Cheetos. Delicious or nauseating, depending on your taste.
One order of Cheetos Chicken Fries will have around 280 calories and will cost you $2.89 for a nine-piece order.
This adds further to the revamped Burger King menu, after Burger King recently unveiled their new “Whopperito,” The Whopperito is a burger-burrito fusion that include ground beef, tomatoes, onions and pickles in a flour tortilla.
New menu items is not the only way, that Burger King is trying to boost their sales this autumn.
They also have a great promotion that hands you a coupon for a free Whopper, when you buy another Whopper. You must download the Burger King mobile app to get the coupon, though.

The All-You-Can-Eat shrimp special at Red Lobster is usually priced at $16.99, but prices can vary from location to location. Especially New York, California, Alaska, Hawaii and Canadian restaurants tend to have a slightly higher list price.
Guests are encouraged to add extra sides such as the Fresh Roasted Brussels Sprouts, New Whipped Sweet Potatoes with honey-roasted pecans, or Red Lobster’s Signature Shrimp Cocktail appetizer. Tips:
1. If you want your money’s worth of shrimps, then say no to the appetizers. Red Lobster likes nothing more than to fill you up on cheaper Cheddar Bay Biscuits, salads, pasta, french fries and baked potatoes, before you get to the shrimps. That way, there is no more room for shrimp and Red Lobster makes more money. Just say no!
2. Plain grilled shrimp, coconut shrimp and popcorn shrimp are not listed on the official Endless Shrimp menu. But if you ask nicely, you can have it your way. A smile goes a long way, and Red Lobster will accommodate you.

Chick-fil-A is giving away a free breakfast at all restaurants nationwide in September.
How it works:
You can choose between a free Chick-fil-A chicken biscuit, a three-piece Chick-n-Minis order, or the new Egg White Grill, for free until September 30. You also get a choice of a free drink, dessert, or medium fries.
You must have the Chick-fil-A app to get the free food. Look on your home screen under “available treats”, to find the offer.
To get the free breakfast, you must download the app by September 10, if you don’t alread have it.
This is the second time Chick-fil-A has offered free food nationwide to promote its app, as they also offered free sandwiches in June. I am sure, that they will continue these kind of promotions in the future, so just go ahead and download the app.
The app also has a built-in rewards program that will occasionally offer free food, based on customer preferences. You can then rate the free items afterwards. Those ratings will be factored into the app’s future free-food offers.
The Chick-Fil-A All-You-Can-Eat Nuggets Promotion.
We have been getting a few emails about the All-You-Can-Eat Nuggets special, that people have been hearing about. This story has been going the rounds on social media and deal sites for a while, and it is time that we address it.
So, is it true, that Chick-Fil-A has an All-You-Can-Eat Chicken Nuggets special? No (and Yes). The rumor stems from two promotions run in 2015 by two different Chick-Fil-A restaurants, in Tempe, Arizone and in St. Pete Beach, Florida, and one restaurant running the campaign in 2016.
The accompanying advertising photos has since been spread on the internet repeatedly, and to the point where customers think that the promotion is nationwide and still happening. The deals was for unlimited Nuggets, Unlimited, Unlimited Waffle Fries and Free Refills on Soda for just $12 ($8.99 for Kids).
There has been only one repeat of the promotion in any restaurants in 2016, as far as we know, and that is by the North Druid Hill restaurant who is running this special on September 12th, 2016, for $12.99. These local deals are always wildly popular, but unfortunately very rare.
The “Secret” Chick-Fil-A rewards Club.
Now many customers know this, but Chick-Fil-A actually has been running a secret exclusive loyalty program, or its “A-List” club, since 2013. The program rewards the chain’s VIP customers with perks like free food, discounts, private tours of its restaurants, and special events. But not all locations offer the secret club: Just 1,100 of the more than 2,000 locations participate in the program.
How it works: To enter the Secret Rewards program, you actually have to be be invited by a Chick-fil-A employee to become a member. But fret not, it is not as difficult as it might seem, you simply have to request to become a member at your local restaurant, and you will then be “invited”.
For Chick-Fil-A it is a great way to build brand loyalty among their frequent customers. But they have been talking about bringing more awareness to the Rewards program, so in future it might not be so “secret” after all.
