About Bonegrill Fish.

Bonefish Grill is a family seafood restaurant chain, which is now owned by Bloomin’ Brands with headquarters in Tampa, Florida. The company is quite new, founded on January 15, 2000, in St. Petersburg in Florida, by Tim Curci and Chris Parker.

Bloomin’ Brands now operates 5 franchised Bonefish Grill restaurants and 210 corporate owned and operated Bonefish Grill restaurants in 28 states. Their main competitors and the family fish restaurant segment are (see menu): Red Lobster and possibly LongHorn Steakhouse.

Bonefish Grill restaurants are often only open for dinner. Some restaurants are also open for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The brunch menu also has different types of omelets and breakfast items.  The Bonefish Grill menu mostly consists of wood-grilled fish items. Every couple of months new limited time specials are introduced.

The company is famous for their Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer (shrimp in a creamy spicy sauce).
