What is P.F. Changs?
P. F. Chang’s is an American casual dining restaurant chain specializing in Asian cuisine. The company is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona and it operates 204 restaurants in the United States and 56 other countries including Canada, Mexico, and Argentina. It is one of the largest Chinese restaurant chains in the United States. The chain was founded in 1993 by Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang. The name derives from the founders names.

I have been coming to P.F. Changs for many years. I have been to the one in Denver, Las Vegas, Philly and one in California. My favorite entree has always been the selection of the Lemon Scallops. Lately, however, I have noticed that this entree is NO LONGER made available as a selection. I am very disappointed in the exclusion of this Wonderful entree. I have also been told that though it is no longer on the menu, if I were to ask for it, it can be prepared by the chefs in back. Do you, or can you confirm and elaborate on this item being made up? As long as the scallops are available, I was told that this could be done. Please enlighten me if this is still possible. This is the dish I would much prefer to get, if possible. Seeing that you already have lemons, scallops and all the other items that go into the preparation of this dish on hand, I cannot see too many problems in making this dish. Im sure it can’t be that different than Lemon Chicken. Please let me know if this is possible.

The food is excellent and we usually get the dinner for two with dessert to share. The best desert has been discontinued from the menu. Who thinks up these stupid ideas? It just brings ratings down and then they substitute it for some little pastry that is cheap and doesn’t compare well.
