We went onto your website to review your menu for takeout. I made a selection and called your restaurant to order. I was told that several items were discontinued and the prices had increased. I cannot understand why Olive Garden cannot keep their website current. Another concern; the selection comes with Unlimited salad or soup. I can understand the logistics of takeout, but if requested, you should provide a larger container than a small bowl.

  15. We ate at the Olive Garden Restaurant in Christiansburg Virginia on 8/8/2018. I must say it was a most horrible put together meal I have ever eaten at any one of their locations. Our waitress took our order, brought out the salad, breadsticks, and our beverages. Then our food came out before the appetizer did. We finally got that halfway through our lunch. We had to ask for more salad and breadsticks twice because she seemed to forget us on everything. She didn’t tell us about any specials, but we already knew what we wanted as we had eaten their once before at the same location. The food wasn’t bad it was just thrown on our plates! No presentation at all! We wound up spending $ 62.00 for 1 spaghetti and 3 meatballs, 1 cheese ravioli with meat sauce, 1 classico lasagna, with the nachos covered with pork, peppers, cheese and I think meat sauce. The 2 lunches we had prior to this one was exactly the same minus the spaghetti and meatballs and 1 tea. That bill was less than $ 35.00. So you tell me that the extra spaghetti and meatballs with 1 extra tea was $30.00?? I don’t think so. We paid our bill and left. We got home and then discovered we were overcharged and now there is nothing we can do!! But I will say we want be going back there ever again. Who knows…. Maybe we didn’t dress fancy enough for a lunch!! Hmph…. I will tell all of my friends that travel that way not to go there, and trust me I have a lot as they are mostly traveling nurses. Maybe the waitress should not have judged our informal appearances today and screwed up our meal and our bill!!!
