Have not been able to take survey! Where do you start??? Have taken them before numerous times. never had this problem. Also there are so many different sites out there that say Kroger and they really aren’t Kroger. Getting discouraged!!

I shop Fred Meyer in Monroe, Wa — even with the remodel the employees are friendlier and more helpful than WalMart (whose employees in the Monroe store really do not care one way or another about shoppers) but do agree that the new site trying to find the extra 50 fuel point survey difficult to find — I eventually do find it however — was easier before the site changed. Still appreciate the fuel points.

This is the third time this month I have tried to go for my fuel points. I get to the right place, put in my info from my receipt and hit the start button. Everything is erased and I sit looking at the screen with blanks spaces. This has never happened before. Just now, at the start of August. I see I am not the only one. Just letting you know it’s not an isolated or user error. It’s on your site! I am a Fry’s shopper from Phoenix/Tempe, AZ life long. Sure hope you get this fixed in a hurry. Thank you.

As described in the article, the Kroger’s Survey is pretty easy to find: simply got to https://www.krogerfeedback.com/ and fill it out as instructed on this page. Happy Shopping!

I shop Krogers and recently find it is impossible to find survey. There are plenty instructions that make no sense.

I agree that the feedback survey is way too difficult to find and there is never enough registers open.

I like to shop Kroger, but getting the extra fuel points trying to get in to the right place, tried
for over an hour, if this is the new norm. I will shop walmart then I wont fight the computer
