Also know as the “Panera Bread Power Menu”. Officially, the secret power menu was discontinued in March 2015, but technically you can still order the items by asking for these specific items.

Panera Bread Nutrition.

NEWS:

Panera Bread has now publicly (May 2015) posted a comprehensive list of all artificial additives that it has removed — or will remove— from its food menu. The list includes more than 150 ingredients — from BHT to maltodextrin to sulfur dioxide.

Panera also now only sells salads with “clean” salad dressings (without artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors and preservatives).  Ultimately Panera plans to drop all artificial additives from its menu.
