I can log into achievers and the mail login to front porch bit it needs another login using employee number and password for self service page when I click to see schedule. Not sure if I start Monday how will I know.

I got email to reply to my contact form sent In for support but it just told me how to reset my frontporch,acheivers,achievers, site password but I can access those I can’t get onto schedule in self service portion…..help help

Dear Cracker Barrel Staff

I am a new employee with Cracker Barrel I started at the company on 1/10/22. My position is Dish Washer at the Skibo road location, Fayetteville North Carolina. My training experience has a unpleasant one so far, I am affiliated with the Ada so my personal situation is a little different. What I see associated with the Ada is a babying like approach. I noticed that the place was understaffed and I have also noticed some safety issues not cleaning up stagnant water on the floor which can be a potential for trip hazards. This can also be associated with sanitation grades in the restaurant. I also noticed that food was being dropped on the floor and not immediately picked up which poses a potential for falling. A safe, clean environment is a happy environment. There has been a lot of training but most of it was easy to comprehend and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately when communicating with Human Resources I had to bring to her attention about having a ethical policy, with is often associated with good business practices. In my personal opinion, it holds employees to a high standard of performance, rather than something mediocre. I had prior training in safety and customer service upon arriving at Cracker Barrel other than your training provided. My intention is not to cause any conflict or retaliatory behavior upon writing these words it is only to better the company in which I have been offered employment. I also have wrote this words to help retain customers, the fact is even though customers are not allowed to enter the restaurant kitchen they can visually see the floors in the dining area as I can visually see it. I personally hold myself to higher standard than what has been presented and I know how it is to work. I have never had any complaints about my work ethic that I was personally informed and I am capable of performing the job with proper training of course.
